Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a $50 nonrefundable retainer fee. In order to cancel/ reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance via email; info@juseyedentify.com or phone; 518.478.4276. You will not receive your fee back but will be contacted on how to reschedule if you please.
